Growth Marketing
Marketing that does the work while you run the business
Lead generation, email automation, paid advertising and SEO, built so the channels feed each other rather than run in parallel.
What this covers.
- Paid advertising across Meta and Google, with systematic creative testing, budget management and reporting you can actually follow.
- Email marketing. Lifecycle flows that convert cold leads and bring customers back.
- SEO and content that earns traffic without ad spend.
- Lead generation: funnels, landing pages, CRM integration, live dashboards.
- Analytics: attribution and weekly reporting so you know what’s actually working.
When this makes sense.
You’re spending on ads but can’t tell what’s producing revenue.
Your email list is sitting idle. No welcome sequence, no automation, no second-order chase.
You want to stop relying on one channel and start building something that compounds.

Build
Start with the highest-leverage piece. Trying to launch everything at once is how things get half-done.
FAQ
Things people ask.
Paid ads usually show a learning signal in 2 to 3 weeks and a meaningful ROAS in 6 to 8. Email flows start producing revenue on the first send. SEO is the longer play; expect the traffic curve to bend somewhere around month three. I’ll give you a realistic timeline in the plan, not a promise I can’t keep.
No. I’ve built ROAS-positive funnels on budgets under £1,000 a month; the Tabletop Tees case study is a good example. The budget needs to be enough for the data to stabilise, but “enough” is usually less than people think.
You do. I work inside your ad accounts, with your creative, under your brand. If we stop working together, nothing is locked behind my door.
Yes. I’m in Glasgow but most growth marketing work is remote. Tabletop Tees runs from a laptop; WITR started in Scotland and now serves clients in the US. The tools, dashboards and weekly rhythm don’t care where you’re based.
