Onwards Scheduler Terms of Use

These terms apply to anyone who connects a social media account to Onwards Scheduler, the private publishing tool I run for the businesses and shows I work with. Paid work is covered by our separate written agreement; these terms cover the connection itself.

1. About the scheduler

Onwards Scheduler is operated by Yash Singh, trading as Onwards, a sole trader based in Glasgow, Scotland. It publishes the posts you ask me to publish, to the accounts you connect, at the times we agree. Contact: yash@onwards.marketing.

2. Platform terms

By using Onwards Scheduler you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service, https://www.youtube.com/t/terms. Posts to other platforms are also subject to their own terms: the Meta Terms of Service, the Instagram Terms of Use and the TikTok Terms of Service.

3. Your content and your accounts

You keep ownership of everything posted through the scheduler. You confirm you have the right to publish it, and that you are allowed to connect the accounts you connect. I only post what you have asked me to post.

4. Privacy

What the scheduler accesses, stores and deletes is set out in the Onwards Scheduler Privacy Policy, including how to revoke its access at any time.

5. Availability

I check every post against the platform after it publishes and follow up on anything that fails, but the platforms control their own services and a post can be delayed or refused by them. The scheduler is provided as part of my work for you, without any separate guarantee.

6. Ending the connection

You can disconnect an account at any time, as described in the privacy policy. I can stop publishing to an account if I believe a post would break the law or a platform’s rules.

7. Law

These terms are governed by the law of Scotland.
